  2. On weight-concept flights, excess baggage is billed to passengers at a standard rate per kilogram. The cost is determined by the weight of the excess baggage.
  3. If a pet's total weight is up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms and its size is within 158 cm/62 inches, passengers flying with pets on flights that use the piece-concept system will be charged twice the excess baggage price per piece. 
  4. For any extended limit up to 70 lb/208cm/80 in, there is an additional fee of USD 150; for limits over this amount, there is a 4x fee per component.
